We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Puddlebug purchase. If not, we will exchange or refund any item you are not completely satisfied with, if returned unused in its original undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase. This applies to all purchases, including sale items. Please notify us in writing prior to sending goods back. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage is at the customer's expense. Refunds are for the order amount minus our incurred postage expense and are usually credited to your original method of payment. For exchanges, additional postage is charged. Please contact us for our headquarters address for returns and instructions on how to return to us for refund or exchange. Please follow these instructions carefully in order to obtain a refund or exchange. Failure to follow these steps will cause delays in issuing a refund or exchange.
Should any item purchased from us prove faulty or incorrect on receipt, please return it to us and we will replace it or provide a refund, including refund of your return postage expenses.
Puddlebug makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor/screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor/screen's display of any colour will be accurate.
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order please advise us immediately after making your purchase.
All pricing is in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notification and may differ from other sites or retail outlets that stock our products.

At Puddlebug, we are strongly committed to adhering to and promoting fair labour practices and safe and equitable working conditions. Puddlebug has a close working relationship with both local and international suppliers and engages in a number of actions to help protect human rights: Puddlebug issue terms of trade to all international suppliers, which include requirements for social standards. The suppliers must comply with the minimum employment age limit defined by national law. The suppliers must comply with all laws regulating local wages, overtime compensation, and benefits. Puddlebug monitor compliance with the above, and we, or our representatives, may visit suppliers to ensure compliance with Puddlebug terms of trade. All suppliers are required to cooperate, and where there is non-compliance, failure to meet these requirements and no commitment to improvement, Puddlebug reserves the right to discontinue business with the supplier.
It is essential that all Puddlebug products are used only in the manner for which they are intended, and that care and common sense are used when in use of Puddlebug. To the extent permitted by law Puddlebug does not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of our products from our range and/or products ordered from this site.
